Chania International Airport (CHQ), known by the locals as the "Daskalogiannis Airport", is an international airport serving Chania, Souda Bay, on the Akrotiri Peninsula of the island Crete, in Greece. Concretely, the airport is located 15 km away from Chania city centre.

You’ll find many buses departing from Chania Airport during all the airport’s operation of flights. Buses are travelling to Chania city centre, to Rethymno and to many other destinations. The single ticket for the Chania city centre bus costs 2,50€. The bus trip from Chania Airport to Chania city centre can take around 20 minutes.
